Often the Penn Rhoads modular approach to content structure permits the client to “assemble” a focused learning solution by combining existing learning modules with new material created by the Penn Rhoads Content Development Team, or by the clients’ own program staff. These “made-to-measure” solutions are highly cost-effective and can often be delivered on a very rapid time table.
Penn Rhoads also provides a full range of learning assessment and consulting services, based upon specific deliverables established at the onset of each project. As the Penn Rhoads Learning Consulting Model outlines below, comprehensive, “end-to-end” support is available, however all services are designed for delivery on a stand-alone basis as well. Clients can address immediate content or project specific needs, with costs, time-lines and deliverables clearly spelled-out. This approach facilitates “Return-on-Investment-based” review of projects and supports management’s ability to make informed learning management decisions.
